Our painted denim pieces are definitely show stoppers but they are delicate and require good care to keep them looking their best. For best care, I would recommend spot cleaning all painted pieces, and on occasion turn them inside out and hand wash them gently in cool water and leave them to hang or lay flat to dry. Because of the nature of paint on denim, you may experience some cracking and/or fading over time, but we believe that brings out the character of every piece making it uniquely yours. We bleach a lot of denim and every once in a while a few cotton pieces, and they are the easiest to maintain which is why we love working with it. For care I recommend you turn your piece inside out and just pop it in your washing machine. After washing you can dry your items as normal and you'll be good to go! This will help you maintain your bleached pieces and keep them looking nicer longer. If you have any other questions about caring for your bleached denim; you can ask us here!
